To put on the ear cuff, start at the top of your ear and slide the cuff down until it fits snug. Make sure to keep the ear cuff in its original shape, you never want to squeeze or open the ear cuff.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
For items purchased between November 1st and December 2nd, we will gladly return items for an exchange or store credit until December 31st 2024 and offer return for refund on regular priced merchandise within 28 days of the purchase date.
For items purchased December 3rd onwards, we will gladly return items for an exchange or store credit until January 12th, 2025 or return for refund on regular priced merchandise until December 31st, 2024. A receipt must be provided and merchandise must not be worn or damaged with all packaging intact.
Sale items marked less than 50% can be returned for a store/online credit if returned within 14 days. Sale items discounted 50% or greater are final sale.
